We will not be held liable for any Bitcoin or commodity or cash balances held on this exchange.
Our service is offered on an "AS IS" basis and we offer no guarantees or warranties.
We reserve the right to change the terms of service at any time.
This virtual currency exchange is an experimental software project and is meant purely for novelty purposes only.
During periods of liquidity shortfall withdrawals or deposits may be delayed; indefinitely if liquidity does not return.
Users of this service are required to secure their own passwords. We will not be held liable for any hacked or stolen accounts.
No trade or withdrawal can be reversed.
Your principal/primary residence is outside the province of Quebec.
Your principal/primary residence is inside of Canada.
XBT is not a real security or share.
XBT is only for use on this virtual currency exchange.
We reserve the right to change any balance at any time for any reason.
We do not take deposits, when you deposit cash at our local branch, you are in fact converting your cash to virtual cash credits.
All cash balances on this site are virtual.
All gold is virtual.
All silver is virtual.
Physical gold is not available for withdrawal.
Physical silver is not available for withdrawal.
You agree to not access the services using TOR or other proxy.
We reserve the right to investigate and/or suspend any transaction we consider unusual or suspicious for any reason at any time with or without cause.
XBtc.ca/Xagau.com and its Directors or Agents cannot be held liable for any malfunction, breakdown, delay or interruption to the internet connection, or if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from their use.
A variable portion of our Bitcoin wallet balance may be held in trust with third parties. We will not be held responsible in the event of third party default or failure to deliver.
A variable portion of our Bitcoin wallet may be stored offline in "Paper Wallets" and may be lost in the event of fire, malfunction, theft or other unexpected circumstances; coins lost for any reason will not be replaced except where we decide to honour those assets voluntarily by virtue of our goodwill.
All depositors and account holders agree and understand that they are not creditors to us.
All trading on this exchange is done under a best effort basis.
No third party deposits are permitted. Clients who make third party deposits or withdrawals shall have their accounts frozen until the third party can be determined.
Termination
XBtc.ca/Xagau.com reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason at any time with or without cause.
Users may close their account at any time.
Privacy
XBtc.ca/Xagau.com will make a best efforts to safe guard user information and protect it against unauthorized use.
The client understand and accepts that any and all available and recorded transaction data may be accessible by FINTRAC if FINTRAC makes such a request.
